Trips are being planned to Sunday River during March 2023 school break weeks. This includes the following eligible dates:  March 5-10, 2023; March 12-17, 2023; and March 19-24, 2023.

Note: You are now able to book either online or by calling Sunday River directly. Group leaders are not able to do the trip bookings for you, but you will receive a discounted rate by booking through the group following the below steps.

MARCH ONLINE OPTION:

STEP ONE: Book your lodging.

Your March trip lodging is booked using this link to the reservation system. This link is exclusive to Duggan Ski Group; with group discounts on top of the already offered Canadian Specials 😉 If you have troubles, you can also add the Duggan Ski Group group code under “add special code” “group”: 86B0JS

Make sure you book early and receive the best prices available and secure your choice of hotel and room type. These rates are NOT available to the general public, and cannot be booked online without the link or group code.

STEP TWO: Book your lift passes.

Book your Canadian March Passports (lift tickets) online as well, through this link. Your passport is valid for skiing at Sunday River and Sugarloaf every day from March 1, 2023 through March 31, 2023.

Alternatively, you may also call the hill directly in order to book your vacation.  The number to call is 1-800-543-2754. This will allow you to book lodging and lift tickets.

You must tell the booking agent you are with the Duggan Ski Group at the time of booking to receive our exclusive pricing as this is not available to the general public. Specifically, you should refer to booking reference “Duggan Ski Group” and reservation # 86B0JS.

Note:

One night stay is due at time of booking. Balance is due in full two weeks prior to arrival and will be automatically charged.

Your deposit, less a $50 cancellation fee will be refunded on cancellations made more than 14 days prior to arrival. Cancellations made 14 days or less prior to arrival are subject to a cancellation fee of 50% of total package price. Guests are responsible for all nights confirmed, regardless of late arrivals or early departures. The cancellation policy is in effect once a deposit has been taken. A damage deposit is required upon check-in.
